The Tour and Activity Plan replaces the old "Tour Permit/Plan".

Please submit all Tour and Activity Plans electronically through MyScouting. Staff will review your plan as quickly as possible and then send an email back to you pointing out any safety/planning concerns.

You must be registered as a leader or member of your unit committee in order to have access to the Tour and Activity Plan section of MyScouting.

Different Rules for Exploring Posts

If you are an Exploring Post, you need to use the following forms for your outing permits:

Learning for Life Local Outing Permit Application (trips less than 500 miles)
Learning for Life National Outing Permit Application (trips more than 500 miles)
