We are holding our Chisholm Trail Webelos Woods event in Belton. Our DE is not sure of the Northernmost border of the Capitol Area Council so he thinks we may need to require a troop travel form for the attendees. I looked at the list and you guys are the closest to Belton- how far North do you go?
